Xage announces location & opening date
Xage yesterday announced plans to open in the Galeries, 500 George St, Sydney on 4 October 2011 with a spankingly new concept call MadameNhu. The announcement was made via its new Twitter and Facebook pages and to its e-list fans. 29/8/11

Xage in upcoming cookbook
One of the upcoming foodies must-have book of the year, Crown Street Cooks, will feature a personal recipe by Minh Nguyen of Vietnamese char-grilled beef skewers (thit bò nướng). Xage is expected to stock this beautifully photographed cookbook. You can also pre-order a copy online closer to its launch in October. Proceeds of the book will go to Crown St Public School and a charity. 3/9/2010
Menu updated
We're continuously updating our menu at Xage. This Spring, we've introduced three veggie-friendly dishes, including our shiitake spring rolls. An interesting new dish is the Papaya clear soup, one of the home-style dishes we Vietnamese cooks like to keep to ourselves. Papaya is loaded with antioxidant nutrients, fiber and papain which aids digestion. Many people are surprised to learn that this super-healthy fruit can be made into a soup that is delicious and hearty! 27/8/2010
Earth Hour 2010
Join Xage this Saturday 27 March for Earth Hour 2010. Xage will be switching off all essential lights from 8.30pm for a one-hour candlelight dinner in solidarity with this global event to raise awareness of climate change. 22/3/2010
