Did you know... The name "Xage" is a Vietnamese blendword of lemongrass (xa) and turmeric (nghẹ)
One of the talents behind Xage is executive chef Minh Nguyen. With his partner, Nui, he also established Summerrolls, Sydney's original summer rolls specialist, and Madame Nhu, a Saigon street food eatery and bar. We're family-owned and operated since 2007.
Designed in-house, the interior is minimalist and casual, with smart glossed finishes softened by recycled fence-post timber wall features and furniture. With an open plan indoor-outdoor dining area, its setting is designed to encourage Vietnamese-style street-side communal dining.
